Shipping and Returns

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. For in-person or other sales, separate terms may apply.

Shipping Time
We carefully prepare each item for shipment. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and item size.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

As-Is Condition
All items are sold “as-is.” Buyers acknowledge that items may show signs of prior use, staging, or minor wear. By purchasing, you accept the condition as described and depicted.

No Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our pre-owned or previously staged furniture, we do not accept returns except in the case of significant damage that was not disclosed in the listing. Minor scratches, scuffs, or normal wear are not eligible for return or refund. Please review each product carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We are not responsible for damage reported after this period.

Pricing & Fees
Listed prices do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise noted. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees.
